growingNuclearcapability.
These roles will suit experienced engineering and project professionals who enjoy leading complex work, guiding teams and delivering outcomes in high-assurance environments.

You'llplay a key role supporting Australia'snaval nuclear capability, working with Defence and industry stakeholders to deliver technically complex projects where safety, assurance and disciplined execution are critical.

You willbe responsible for:

Leading the delivery of complex engineering and project activities across high-profile Defence programs
n
Managing multidisciplinary teams, supporting
technicaldeliveryand
ensuring project outcomes are achieved

Providing
oversight,directionand
decision-making support in highly regulated, high-consequence environments
n
Building trusted relationships with
Defence,industryand
technical stakeholders
n
Applying engineering,
projectmanagementand
assurance principles to solve complex capability challenges
n

You'rean experienced engineering or project qualified who thrives in complex environments. You bring the confidence to lead teams,
managestakeholdersand
make sound decisions while balancing technical, operational and delivery requirements.

You will bring:

Experience leading engineering projects, complex delivery programs, or technical work packages within Defence, maritime, infrastructure or another high-assurance environment
n
A background in engineering, project management, or a combination of both
n
Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering outcomes against challenging requirements
n
The ability to engage confidently with senior
technical,operationaland
executive stakeholders
