Durban Landscaping & Garden Maintenance is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day commercial grounds maintenance across a diverse portfolio in Melbourne. You will oversee crews, contracts and client expectations while hands-on involvement on site and with equipment is encouraged where needed.

You will report to the General Manager and Director, coordinating labour, scheduling and resources to ensure service standards remain high and operational efficiency improves.
