As the Centre Director, you are expected to oversee the entire operations of the service, lead, guide and support a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to children.
n
We are looking for a quality Centre Director with the enthusiasm & ability to lead and inspire staff & families.
n
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
n
Current ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services or above;
n
Child Protection Qualification;
n
Current First Aid;
n
Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training;
n
Current Working with Children's Check;
n
Solid prior experience in a Centre Director role (minimum 2 year experience)
n
Prior experience with SRF system will be an advantage;
n
Competency with OWNA IT system will be advantageous.

Rostering of staff using a rotating roster;
n
Display high levels of initiative and motivation whilst being
professional,proactive
and flexible;
n
Be available to work 38 hours each week (Monday-Friday);
n
Knowledge of OWNA & SRF systems will be an advantage;
n
Well developed computer skills ('Word' & 'Excel') and understanding of CCMS is required;
n
Extensive knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards;
n
Passionate about Early Learning.
