Essential role requirements of the Individual Contributor leadership stream:

Knowledge, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge, of the criminal justice system or similar legislated work environment

Verbal communication skills as demonstrated through the ability to listen, understand and speak clearly with a diverse audience
n
Strong written communication skills which demonstrates a high attention to detail and ability to summarise information and data in a professional report and case note format for both internal and external audiences
n
Effective self-management and time-management skills, with the capacity to adapt and participate in team-based problem solving, and to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously
n
Interpersonal and negotiation skills to support service delivery in an environment where engagement with a range of internal and external stakeholders is critical
n
Demonstrated skills and competence in the use of a wide range of computer software, information management systems and the ability to operate peripheral or recent technology such as video conferencing and electronic document storage applications
n
Demonstrated skills in data collation, analysis and reporting
n
