Job Description
Hume City Council is seeking a Team Leader Aquatic Operations for Broadmeadows Aquatic and Leisure Centre to lead daily aquatic operations and a team of lifeguards.
The role focuses on safety, service delivery, and NSW-style regulatory compliance in a busy community facility.
The position requires RLSS guidelines knowledge, strong leadership, and experience in recreation programming.
It is a fixed-term 10‐month contract with a supportive team setting.
