Prince of Wales Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager (Executive Chef) to lead our kitchen team and oversee the day-to-day operations of Food Services. You will ensure nutritious, restaurant-quality meals are prepared, presented and served to patients, while controlling stocks, food and labour costs and maintaining food safety standards.
