We're on the lookout for experienced and enthusiasticDuty Managers to fill multiple roles across our iconic Southbank Venues.
The Role
As Duty Manager, you'll be a key leader on the floor, driving high-energy shifts and bringing our customer-first hospitality to life.
We're looking for a vibrant personality and natural leader who understands that real hospitality is about how you make people feel.
It's not just about running a smooth shift, but about building genuine connections and creating memorable moments with our guests.
You'll be responsible for:
Delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service
Leading, motivating and supporting the team throughout service
Taking ownership of the venue during your shifts
Managing busy periods with confidence and keeping the team focused
Maintaining venue presentation, cleanliness, and service standards
Managing staff performance and providing on-the-floor coaching
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
Ensuring responsible service of alcohol and compliance requirements are met
Supporting opening and closing procedures
Working closely with senior management to achieve venue targets
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Brings energy, personality, and a positive attitude to every shift




Has a genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
Loves the 'craic' and brings a warm, infectious energy to both the team and our guests
Has a 'jump-in' growth mindset - you're eager to learn, adapt, and help out wherever needed
Has previous Duty Manager or senior hospitality experience
Is confident leading a busy team in a high-volume venue
Has excellent communication and people skills
Can remain calm, organised, and positive under pressure
Has a robust understanding of responsible service and venue compliance
Leads by example and isn't afraid to jump on the floor when things get busy
Is adaptable and comfortable working across different venue styles and concepts
