About the role

As an Educator at Goodstart Nambour - Doolan Street, you'll become a valued member of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to create meaningful learning experiences that support children's growth, wellbeing, and development.
n
You'll help foster safe, inclusive, and engaging environments where children feel supported, empowered, and inspired to learn.

In this role, you'll:

Support the delivery of engaging, high-quality learning programs

Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader
n
Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels valued

Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice

What you'll bring
n
n
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
n
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
Current QLD Working with Children Check
n
Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform
n
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
