Lead marketing across two retail destinations in a growing portfolio

Based at Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre with regular involvement at Showgrounds Village
n
Join CBRE's Retail Property Management business supporting IFM Investors

Develop and execute annual marketing plans, campaigns and promotional activities
n
Coordinate events, centre activations, digital marketing, social media and communications
n
Build strong relationships with retailers, community groups, suppliers, agencies and local stakeholders
n
Manage Curate and manage marketing budgets, reporting and campaign performance analysis
n
Review and approve marketing collateral, creative content, media activity and promotional initiatives
n
Analyse trade area trends, customer metrics and centre performance to inform marketing decisions
n
Support community-focused programs that strengthen each centre's local connection
n
Collaborate with National Marketing, Centre Management and Asset Management teams on broader asset initiatives and development projects
n
At least 3 years' marketing experience, ideally within retail, shopping centres, property, destination marketing or a related setting
n




Strong capability across events, campaigns, stakeholder engagement and project coordination
n
Experience curating and managing marketing budgets, reporting and multiple priorities simultaneously
n
Confidence working across digital, social media, events and traditional marketing channels
n
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand trade areas, customer demographics and performance metrics
n
A practical, collaborative approach with a strong work ethic and willingness to get involved at every level
n
Retail or shopping centre marketing experience will be highly regarded
n
Ownership of marketing across two established retail assets
n
A broad role spanning strategy, retailer engagement, community marketing and events
n
Creative freedom to bring ideas to life while being supported by a national marketing structure
n
Exposure to a growing portfolio, with additional shopping centres expected to join over time
n
