A great opportunitywaits for an enthusiastic and motivated clerk to join the Adult Specialist Clinics administrative team.
n
The Specialist Clinic Clerk is an integral part of the team that supports the daily management of clinics and referrals.
n
We are seeking a candidate that has great customer service skills, an eye for detail, moderate computerskillsand is driven to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
n
This isa great opportunityto be part of a busy team, providing support to a variety of stakeholders including
clinicians,patientsand
their families in addition to GP's and external stakeholders.
n
Keyresponsibilities:
n

Administrative duties
n
Registration of new patients and updating of existing patient details
n
Ensure patient and referrer receive correspondence in relation to new referrals and appointments
n
Communicate and liaise with patients asrequired
n
Book patients' appointments
n
Make the achievement of Best Care a priority and pursue it by
activelyparticipatingin
organisational processes, safetysystemsand improvement initiatives
n
