We're looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead the delivery of commercial construction projects across Adelaide.
n

About the Role
n
As Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from delivery through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Supervise and manage multiple commercial construction projects.
n
Coordinate project teams, subcontractors and site activities.
n
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects and stakeholders.
n
Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and promote a strong safety culture.
n
Monitor project quality, timelines and budgets.
n
Resolve construction challenges with practical, effective solutions.
n
Contribute to estimating and project planning activities.
n
Maintain high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction.
n

About You
n
We're looking for a proactive and experienced construction professional who brings strong leadership,



communication and problem-solving skills.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Proven experience managing multiple construction projects.
n
Experience delivering commercial construction projects.
n
Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
n
A results-driven approach with excellent attention to detail.
n
A strong understanding of construction safety and compliance.
n
The ability to lead, support and motivate project teams.
n
Estimating experience, or a willingness to develop these skills.
n
A hands-on trade background, such as carpentry, or extensive on-site construction experience.
n

Essential Requirements
n
n
Valid South Australian Driver's Licence.
n
Construction White Card.
n
Demonstrated construction project management experience.
n
Commercial construction experience.
n
n
Desirable:
n
n
Relevant construction trade qualification.
n
Bachelor of Construction or related qualification.
n
n
