Job Description
We are seeking two Senior Business Analyst to join our agile website delivery teams as part of a dynamic and team-oriented Business analysis team. You will be supporting the successful management and delivery of complex digital and initiatives including the identification, assessment, implementation and embedding of fit-for purpose solutions.

This role is initially being offered as a 12-month max term contract.
n
What will you be doing?
n
n
Collaborating with external or group wide specialists to facilitate ideation, requirement gathering, design and delivery of initiatives.
n
Generating insights, identifying key and emerging trends and issues relating to delivering strategy and underpinning capabilities.
n
Analysing, modelling and determining appropriate approaches to improve member experience and operational efficiency.
n
Providing data-driven recommendations on the improvement of systems and processes, measuring success of implementation and sharing key lessons learned.
n
Supporting the capability uplift of in relation to regulation changes across the business.
n
Developing and expanding continuous improvement toolkit and collateral to ensure reusability and adoption across the business.
n

What are we looking for in you?
n
n
Insurance, Financial Services or Product/UX/Service Design experience would be highly regarded.
n
Experience with business requirements elicitation, analysis, workshop facilitation and supporting business case development.
n
Significant Business Analyst experience, ideally within a similar size organisation.
n
Proven track record of translating highly technical and detailed data into user-friendly documentation and recommendations based on the data.
n




Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically and identify and mitigate risks to the program as well as opportunities.
n
Strong conceptual, financial, analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills.
n
You can collaborate effectively with other teams across the organisation, demonstrating understanding around what motivates and challenges colleagues in different areas.
n
Demonstrated experience establishing and working in small, multidisciplinary, entrepreneurial and adaptive teams of internal and external resources.
n
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders.
n
Strong ability to generate data insights and translate into practical business recommendations.
n
Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
n
Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative project delivery setting.
n
