Our client is a well-established Australian business with a national footprint and continued growth across its operations. With a collaborative culture and an ongoing focus on improving systems and processes, they are seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to join their team.

The Role
n
Reporting to the CFO, this is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, with a particular focus on AR, billing systems and continuous improvement.
n
Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Leading the AR and AP functions, including team performance and development
n
Overseeing aged debt, collections, customer accounts and credit management
n
Ensuring effective AP processes, payments, reconciliations and supplier management
n
Taking ownership of billing systems from a Finance perspective
n
Supporting billing, pricing and system changes through testing, implementation and validation
n
Managing complex customer, supplier and billing escalations
n
Strengthening financial controls, processes and reporting
n




Partnering with stakeholders across the broader business to drive improvements and efficiencies
n

About You
n
Ideally, you bring:
n
n
Previous experience leading AR, AP or broader finance administration functions
n
Solid AR and credit management experience within a high-volume environment
n
Demonstrated people leadership and team management capability
n
Exposure to billing or financial systems, including system or process improvements
n
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
n
Confidence partnering with stakeholders across Finance and broader business functions
n
Experience within a subscription-based or high-volume billing environment would be advantageous
n
