About The Role
n
As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of commercial construction projects from initial estimating and planning through to handover, leading a dedicated project team and ensuring every job is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage the full project lifecycle across commercial fit-out, refurbishment and new build projects
n
Develop and maintain project programs, budgets and procurement schedules
n
Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants
n
Liaise directly with clients, architects and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met
n
Oversee quality, safety (OH&S;)



and environmental compliance on site
n
Identify and manage project risks, variations and commercial outcomes
n
Report on project progress, budgets and forecasts to senior management
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction (fit-out, refurbishment or new build)
n
Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming and budgeting
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
A collaborative, hands-on approach with a genuine focus on client outcomes
n
Relevant trade, construction management or engineering qualifications preferred
n
Current driver's license and right to work in Australia
n
