About the Opportunity:

We are looking for the industry's finest Waitstaff and Runners to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end restaurant environment, solid passion and knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
n

Experience as a Waitstaff or Runner in a premium venue
n
Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
n
Can 3-plate carry is highly regarded
n
Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
n
Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
n
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
n
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
n
Excellent attention to detail and time management
n
Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
n
A valid RSA certificate
n
