Job Description
As Night Duty Manager, you'll oversee evening operations across the venue, ensuring exceptional service standards, gaming compliance, team performance, and a smooth close each shift. The role predominantly works evening and late-night shifts, with the venue trading through until 3:00am.

Key responsibilities
n
Leading venue operations during evening and closing shifts
n
Managing gaming operations and ensuring all compliance requirements are met
n
Completing venue close procedures, daily reporting and cash reconciliations
n
Supporting and supervising team members across bar, gaming and floor operations
n
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally and confidently
n
Ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness and safety are maintained
n
Driving a positive team culture and guest experience throughout the shift
n
About you
n
Previous Duty Manager, Supervisor or Senior Hospitality experience
n
RSA and RP Badge essential
n
Gaming Manager's Badge preferred, or willingness to obtain
n
Solid understanding of gaming compliance and venue close procedures
n
Confidence working autonomously and making decisions independently
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
Availability to work late nights, weekends and public holidays
n
A proactive, self-motivated approach and strong attention to detail
