In the role ofAssociate Director, you will work closely with ourC&IB; Transaction Banking teamcontributing tokey business prioritiesand continuously improving how weserve our customers.
You'll make an impact each day by:
Drive Transaction Banking growth and business development across a portfolio of complex Corporate Banking clients
Develop tailored payments and liquidity management structures that deliver financial and operational efficiencies
Lead origination activity across existing clients while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and grow revenue
Deliver actionable Transaction Banking insights to senior internal and external stakeholders
Bring client feedback into product discussions to support continuous improvement and the broader product strategy
You'll bring to this role:
Demonstrated Transaction Banking experience,



with sound knowledge of payments, liquidity management and associated client solutions
Proven ability to manage complex, senior client relationships and generate recent business opportunities
Strong commercial capability, with experience delivering client advocacy, portfolio growth and financial outcomes
Confidence engaging and influencing senior internal stakeholders, executives and sophisticated corporate clients
Clear strategic and operational communication skills, supported by resilience, sound judgement and a collaborative working style
