Job Description
We're looking for a Fleet Allocator / Scheduler / Transport Coordinator to join a busy operations team based on the north side of Brisbane.
This is a hands‐on coordination role where you'll be responsible for keeping deliveries on track, working closely with drivers and contractors, and making sure customers receive their deliveries when they're expected.

$108,946 total package, including super
Choice of two roster options
5:00am – 2:00pm + every second Saturday morning (When you work the Saturday you get a day off during the week)
7:00am – 4:00pm + every second Saturday morning (When you work the Saturday you get a day off during the week)
Work from home one weekday and one Saturday per month
$600 paid for a full rostered day off or $400 for a half day if you choose to work additional hours

About the role
You'll play an important role in coordinating the daily movement of the fleet and ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently and on time.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and scheduling deliveries to meet customer requirements
Allocating work to drivers and contractors




Monitoring fleet movements and making adjustments throughout the day
Keeping an eye on stock availability and upcoming delivery requirements
Managing unexpected issues and finding practical solutions quickly
Communicating with drivers, customers and internal teams to keep everyone informed
Ensuring operations are carried out safely and in line with company procedures
Maintaining accurate information across internal systems
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who is organised, calm under pressure and confident making decisions in a busy operational environment.
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous experience in transport coordination, fleet allocation, scheduling or logistics
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships with drivers, contractors and customers
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Experience using an ERP system such as SAP would be advantageous
A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
Experience within transport, heavy industry, construction, cement or concrete would be beneficial but isn't essential.
