The Role of the Building Surveyor Job Vacancy London
As an Intermediate Building Surveyor, you will be an integral part of a busy, collaborative team.

Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with a solid foundation in UK building surveying practices who is eager to take the next step in their professional development.
Experience:3 to 6 years of proven experience as a Building Surveyor within the United Kingdom.
Education:A degree in Building Surveying or a relevant construction-related discipline.
Professional Status:MRICS Chartered status is preferred; however, we actively welcome candidates who are currently working toward their APC, including those 12 to 18 months from completion.
Sector Exposure:Experience providing reports for education, commercial, or residential properties is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:Strong experience in Contract Administration and Project Management.
A robust understanding of current UK Building Safety Regulations is essential.
Specialist Knowledge:Familiarity with Party Wall matters and the Party Wall Act ****, as well as an understanding of Dilapidations, is highly desirable.
Personal Attributes:Strong communication and client liaison skills are essential.
Experience in mentoring junior team members is a significant asset.
Right to Work:Candidates must possess a valid right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
Sponsorship is not available for this role.
Mobility:A full UK driving licence is desirable for site visits outside of the London area.
Salary and Benefits

Basic Salary:37,000 to 46,000 GBP per annum.
