Australian Piling Group is a growing Western Sydney business that has built a strong name across the civil, construction and infrastructure space.
Since starting in ****, the business has continued to expand through a genuine focus on its people, strongclientrelationshipsanddelivering quality work.
Today, the wider APG Group includes Australian Piling Group, Sydney Pile Cages and Australian Haulage Solutions.
The Role
Based in Bella Vista,you'lltake ownership of finance across three related businesses, including:
Leading a finance team of six;
Monthly,quarterlyandannual financial reporting;
Group consolidation and inter-companyaccounting;
Budgeting,forecastingandcash flow management;
Working closely with operational and project leaders across the business;
Monitoring projectmargins,profitabilityandworking capital;
Improving financialcontrols,processesandreporting;
Supporting the MD and Group CFO with commercial decision making; and
Continuing to develop the finance systems as the business evolves.
It'sa hands-on role, soyou'llneed to be comfortable getting into the detail whenrequiredwhile still being able to take a broader view of the business.




About You
CA or CPA qualified with strong commercial judgement;
Confident leading a team and partnering with senior leadership;
Hands-on,practicaland comfortable working across a multi-entity business;
Construction, civil, manufacturing or project-based experience essential; and
Strong systems and process improvement mindset.
