Goodstart is seeking an experiencedOrganisational Development Specialistto join our People & Culture team and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives that improveemployee experience, engagement, capability and workforce effectiveness.
This is a broad and variedgeneralist role within Organisational Development, making it a great opportunity for an experienced HR or People & Culture professional looking to broaden their experience into organisational development.
You'll play a key part in a diverse portfolio of strategic People & Culture projects.
From employee engagement and recognition strategies to performance and capability frameworks, leadership development and improving people processes, you'll help turn workforce insights and business needs into practical solutions.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute across the project lifecycle — fromdiscovery and business case development through to design, delivery, change communications, implementation and evaluation— while partnering with stakeholders across People & Culture, our Centre Support Office and State Operations.
You'll also work closely with leaders to understand their challenges and designbespoke solutions, whether that's facilitating a team development workshop, developing practical playbooks or supporting the adoption of new ways of working.
Your Impact
As part of our Organisational Development team, you'll:
Play a key role in deliveringenterprise-wide organisational development and People & Culture initiatives.
Take ownership of key workstreams, contributing fromdiscovery and business case development through to design, delivery, implementation and evaluation.
Useemployee engagement data, workforce insights and researchto identify opportunities and inform recommendations.
Contribute to the continued implementation and adoption of Goodstart'sperformance and capability frameworkand new ways of working.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, includingVoice of Goodstart surveys, enterprise action planning and continuous improvement.
Support the development of strategies and initiatives across areas such asemployee benefits, recognition, leadership development and workforce capability.
Design and facilitate engagingworkshops and capability-building activitiesfor leaders and teams.
Develop practical resources, frameworks and playbooks to support leaders, including resources for areas such as disciplinary management and people processes.
Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organisation to understand needs, build alignment and develop effective people solutions.
Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of existing programs, including induction and leadership development initiatives.
Supportchange communications and adoption activitiesto help embed new initiatives and ways of working.
Develop clear, evidence-based recommendations and communications that translate people insights into meaningful outcomes.
Respond to emerging business needs andpivot prioritiesas required across a varied project portfolio.

You'll bring to the table:
A qualification inHuman Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business or a related field.
Demonstrated experience inHuman Resources, People & Culture, Organisational Development or a related discipline.Candidates from a strong HR or HR Business Partner background with an interest in organisational development are encouraged to apply.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability topartner with leaders, understand their needs and develop practical people solutions.
Experience contributing to or deliveringPeople & Culture projects and initiatives, ideally across the project lifecycle.
Strong understanding of contemporary people practices, with an interest in areas such asemployee experience, engagement, capability and organisational effectiveness.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability toinfluence, engage and bring people together.
Experience supportingchange initiatives and developing communications that help people understand, adopt and embed changewill be highly regarded.
Experience contributing toproject delivery, including planning, stakeholder coordination, implementation and evaluation, will be highly regarded.
Ability to usepeople data and insightsto identify opportunities and inform recommendations.
Strong organisational skills and the ability tomanage competing priorities and adapt to changing needs.
A collaborative, curious and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to work across avaried and evolving portfolio of initiatives.
Experience inorganisational development, change management, performance and capability, talent, engagement or workforce initiativeswill be highly regarded.
Experience working in a large, multi-site or purpose-driven organisation will be highly regarded.
Willingness to obtain a relevant Working with Children Check and complete required safety and compliance requirements.
