We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.

The role
n
Reporting to the Manager Enterprise Projects, Change and Improvement,
we are seeking an EPIC Project Reporting and Systems Analyst who can bring their skills and experience to:
n
n
Support the development, management and utilisation of Council's Program and Project Management, Change Management and Continuous Improvement systems, reporting, and supporting resources
n
Identifying improvements that enhance the functionality of systems, reporting and resources used across the EPIC Department and the organisation.
n
Design, develop reporting solutions, dashboards and analytics that provide accurate and timely insights into program and project management, change management and continuous improvement performance for Executive, Senior Leadership and internal stakeholders.
n
Develop and enhance reporting frameworks to measure project, program, change management and organisational maturity, including monitoring performance trends, benefits realisation, and continuous improvement outcomes.
n
Provide a high level of customer service to foster a culture of strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
n
