Royal Freemasons' Benevolent Institution in Coffs Harbour seeks a General Manager to provide overall leadership for the RFBI Coffs Harbour facility, driving resident outcomes, a strong team culture and operational performance.
Reporting to Regional General Manager, you will work with Clinical Care Manager and RN team on-site, supported by Quality, AN-ACC, People & Culture and Operations teams, with adaptable start/finish times and a competitive package.
