Job Description
Must Have Skills:
Solid understandingof UAT methodologies, business process validation, and acceptance criteria.
Proficient in testcase design, traceability to business requirements, and defect lifecyclemanagement.




Excellent stakeholdermanagement and communication—able to align business, product, andengineering.
Ability to plan andrun structured UAT cycles under tight timelines, with clear status reporting.
Proven experience withAzure DevOps Work Items and Boards
Familiarity with testautomation strategies for CX and performance/volume testing for calls.
Experience withcontact center platforms (Contact Centre (CCaaS) and Copilot ServiceWorkspace (CSW)) and telephony concepts (IVR)
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience ininsurancedomainis a plus
