At P.E Nation, we're inspired by movement, contemporary streetwear, and the rhythm of active living. We're seeking a Junior Designer to join our creative studio and join our expanding team. Someone with a passion for design, a strong eye for detail, and the drive to grow within a fast-paced fashion environment.

This role will work closely with our Senior Designers, supporting across Activewear, Outerwear, and Lifestyle categories. You'll be part of a highly collaborative team where creativity and commercial understanding go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities include:
n
n
Assist Senior Designers in developing seasonal collections across Active, Outerwear, and Lifestyle categories.
n
Create and update technical CAD drawings, mood boards, and presentation materials.
n
Support in the research of trends, fabrics, trims, and colours relevant to the P.E Nation aesthetic.
n
Help maintain design files, style numbers, and design documentation in line with the seasonal critical path.
n
Participate in fit sessions and support with sample management from Proto to PP stages.
n




Collaborate closely with Product Development and Garment Tech teams to ensure design intent is executed through to production.
n
Contribute creative ideas in team design meetings and help bring seasonal concepts to life.
n

What We're Looking For:

Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or a related field.
n
Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills, with a keen eye for proportion, silhouette, and construction.
n
A team-oriented mindset. You thrive in a collaborative, high-energy studio.
n
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
n
A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn, evolve, and grow within the brand.
n
