What you will deliver:

Lead a welcoming, inclusive residential community and design programmes that
enhancestudentbelonging,
wellbeing,successand
civic responsibility.
n
Oversee student welfare, pastoral care, incidents and risks, ensuring safe, supportive environments and compliance with relevant legislation.
n
Strengthen relationships with students, alumni, donors and partners, advancing reputation,
engagement,philanthropyand
community connections.
n
Provide inspirational leadership to staff and student leaders, overseeing operations,
budgets,contractsand
facilities improvements.
n
Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for International House,



with clear KPIs and continuous improvement processes.
n
n
You maybe a great fitifyou:

n
Holda relevant postgraduate
qualificationanddemonstratesubstantial
managementexpertise,
preferablyinhigher education or
othercomplexorganisations.
n
Bring extensive experience in student accommodation or residential colleges, mentoring and supporting students' academic and social wellbeing.
n
Demonstrate success developing and delivering strategic and operational plans, leadingcontinuous improvement initiatives.
n
Provide
outstandingpeopleleadership,
building collaborative, high-performing teams and managing
performance,operationsand
financial resources.
n
Excel at relationship-
building,consultationand
negotiation with diverse stakeholders, including executives, students,alumniand external partners.
n
Offer experience working with fundraising or advancement teams and, ideally, exposure to higher education environments.
