What we're looking for:

We are currently growing and looking for the next great Physiotherapist to join our expanding team and service our wonderful clients across greater Hobart, Tasmania ****. Providing quality Physiotherapy services within Aged Care Facilities, as well as the potential for HCP and NDIS community visits, you will deliver impactful, quality-of-life enhancing services and make a real difference in client's lives. What you'll be doing:
n
n
Working with Our Physio Co, you'll provide Physiotherapy services including:
n




Provide physiotherapy services to aged care residents with a range of health conditions of musculosketal, orthopaedic, neurological, and cardiorespiratory origin.
n
Assess client needs and design appropriate client centered, evidence-based treatment plans to help them achieve their goals
n
Complete falls assessments and implement falls prevention measures to optimise client safety
n
Complete functional assessments and provide manual handling and care advice to clinical and care teams
n
Advocate on behalf of your client with key stakeholders and government bodies
n
Complete equipment assessments and prescribe equipment to assist clients
n
Be an effective and proactive member of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the holistic wellbeing of clients
n

The successful candidate:

About you

Have a passion for helping the elderly to thrive
n
Must hold a bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Physiotherapy
n
Must hold full AHPRA(Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) Registration
n
Professional Indemnity Insurance
n
Current Police Check
n
Driver's License and flexibility to work between different sites
n
Flexibility to work between different sites.

Strong communication skills in order develop positive relationships with clients and colleagues
n
