About the Role
As a
Casual Home Care Worker
, you will play an important role in supporting elderly clients in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
Based in
Redcliffe and surrounding areas
, you will work closely with our healthcare team, including doctors and nurses, to support our clients' wellbeing and help them maintain their independence and quality of life.
You will become an significant part of our clients' support network, building meaningful relationships and working alongside an established medical team that is genuinely committed to providing high-quality care for older people.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and practical support to elderly clients in their homes.
Assist clients with daily living activities and other home care duties as required.
Build meaningful and respectful relationships with clients and their families.
Support clients to maintain their independence and quality of life at home.
Observe and identify any changes in clients' health, wellbeing, or safety.
Communicate relevant concerns or observations to the clinical team.
Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care.
Deliver care in a professional, respectful, and client-focused manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
Certificate III in Individual Support, Home & Community Care, Aged Care, Disability Services, or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum six months' relevant experience in home care, aged care, or community support.
Current National Police Check.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with third-party insurance.
Current CPR and First Aid certificates obtained within the last six months.
A genuine passion for supporting elderly people to live independently at home.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An interest in understanding clients' medical needs and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
