Job Description
Night Vision Australia is looking for a motivated B2B / Commercial Sales Representative to grow our commercial customer base and develop new business opportunities across Australia.

The role will focus on proactively finding new customers, building relationships with key decision-makers and selling NVA's range of thermal imaging, night vision and optical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate recent B2B sales opportunities through prospecting, calls, email and networking.
n
Build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial customers.
n
Develop relationships with businesses, government organisations, and existing clients .
n
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NVA products and solutions.
n
Prepare quotes, proposals and conduct product demonstrations.
n
Negotiate and close commercial sales.
n
Grow existing accounts and generate repeat business.
n
Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in our CRM.
n
Attend customer meetings, trade shows and industry events when required.

About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has experience in B2B sales,



business development or account management.
n
Is confident generating new business and approaching prospective customers.
n
Has strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
n
Is comfortable learning and selling technical products.
n
Is organised, self-motivated and driven by sales targets.
n
Holds a current Australian driver's licence.
n
n
Experience in thermal imaging, security, automotive, mining, agriculture or technical sales would be an advantage.
n

$75,000 base + super + commission | $110,000 realistic first-year OTE
