Support the Marketing division across owned and digital touchpoints
Build, segment, test, schedule and deploy lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app, SMS and on-site channels
Coordinate campaign assets and draft compliant, on-brand copy
Support A/B testing and campaign optimization
Maintain Home Page and Genre Page booking schedules
Keep event placements current and accurate
Execute routine website merchandising for Brand, Product and Seasonal campaigns
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to create and edit engaging content
Deliver social content against the content calendar, brand guidelines, messaging and deadlines
Film high-energy social content at live events
Compile post-campaign data and channel performance reports against benchmarks
Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team
Attend live events and potentially travel domestically across Australia for key tours and brand activations
Requirements
Degree in Marketing/Communications or 1+ year in a digital marketing/content role
Hands-on experience filming and editing short-form videos using CapCut, TikTok and Reels
Strong understanding of social trends
Outstanding copywriting skills and high attention to detail
Knowledge of Australian privacy and SPAM Act regulations
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite,



Hootsuite and Later
Familiarity with Microsoft and Google office suites
Robust organization, multitasking and time management skills
Flexibility to travel domestically
Ability to work events outside standard office hours
