Mandurah Coast Care Community islocated in the coastal town of Mandurah, and our 53-bed light-filled home is conveniently located to take in the amenities of the regional centre. Set amongst towering trees providing a leafy outlook from most vista points, our Care Community has many peaceful areas inside and out. Our memory care neighbourhood provides a safe and inclusive environment for residents who are living with dementia.

$***** base rate + Penalty rates, Penalty rates for weekends and public holidays, plus 12% superannuation.

Key responsibilities
n

Provide personal care that supports residents' daily living, dignity and wellbeing
n
Build positive, meaningful relationships with residents and their families
n
Support residents with meals, mobility, hygiene and social engagement
n
Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team to deliver safe, high-quality care
n
Contribute to a warm, respectful and supportive care community
n
Follow workplace health, safety, clinical and compliance requirements
n
n
About you
n
n
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability
n
Nursing student
n
A caring approach, strong communication skills and commitment to resident wellbeing
n
Reliability and availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays where required
n
Ability to complete required pre-employment checks, including a police check, NDIS Worker's Clearance and pre-employment medical
n
