About the role:
n
n
Utilising your product knowledge and superior communications skills to drive sales by explaining health insurance options and guide customers toward the most suitable policy.
n
Break down complex health insurance information into simple, easy-to-understand terms during calls.
n
Ask targeted discovery questions to understand customer needs, priorities, and budget.
n
Tailor recommendations based on each customer's unique circumstances.
n
Build trust and rapport through clear, confident, and empathetic communication.
n

About you:
n
We're looking for experienced (minimum 1 year) salespeople who thrive in rapid-paced, phone-based sales. This is quick-turnaround selling, you'll be closing daily.

centre/telesales/inside
sales

Fundraising/charity

Media & advertising sales
n
Online education/course sales
n
Telco, utilities, finance, automotive, or other high-volume sales

Health insurance experience is a bonus. A strong sales track record, pace, resilience, and coach-ability are essential.
