AVANI Adelaide Residences are looking for a friendly, flexible, and guest-focused Guest Experience Attendant to join our team, someone who can confidently assist across both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations on a casual basis

This is a hands-on, dynamic role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a guest-facing environment. You'll be a key part role in the overall hotel experience, ensuring our guests feel welcome, well cared for, and delighted from check-in to check-out, while also assisting within food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth
n
Assist with food and beverage service in our café, bar, or during in-room dining
n
Provide local recommendations, handle guest requests, and respond to feedback promptly
n
Deliver orders, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the F&B; area
n
Set up and pack down breakfast or function areas as required
n
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
n
Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records
n
n
Shift Details (subject to change):
n
n
Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
n
Shift times scheduled within 7:00am to 11:00pm
n
Immediate start available
n
n
Successful candidates will have:
n
n
Previous hospitality experience across Front Office and Food & Beverage would be highly beneficial
n




RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
n
A positive, adaptable attitude and excellent communication skills
n
Confidence in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
n
Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and evenings
n
