Job Description
Crewing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all operational units within their scope are consistently staffed with qualified and competent offshore personnel. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date shift plans to support seamless operations. The role also involves managing and updating HR systems to reflect current crew assignments, personal data (including compensation) and other compliance requirements.
n As a primary point of contact for offshore employees, the Crewing Coordinator provides guidance and support within established company policies and procedures.
n This position plays a key role in coordinating crew changes, mobilizations and demobilizations, assisting training with the scheduling, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards required in the rig's location.

Qualification
n

Formal education at bachelor level or equivalent, preferably within relevant field
n
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar or relevant role
n
Excellent English communication skills(min. B2/C1)
n
Solid service mindset and customer-oriented approach
n
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices across the organization
n
Structured and well organized, with strong attention to detail
n
Ability to take ownership, work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
n
Flexibility, responsiveness, and pro-active attitude

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Maintain continuous dialogue and collaboration with Rig/Rig Management and HR Advisory in location
n
Serve as the primary contact for all employees assigned to rigs within the area of responsibility, including international and local offshore personnel
n
Ensure designated units are manned according to Noble Drilling requirements at all times
n
Arrange short-term or emergency crew coverage using internal talent or agency resources, and facilitate internal transfers with other HR Teams;
n
Maintain and update shift plans and crew rosters in excel or relevant systems, as agreed with the rig and rig management
n
Collaborate with the training department to ensure compliance check and provide data for bookings
n
Distribute Joining Instructions to offshore personnel prior to rig assignments
n
Keep HR systems updated with accurate personnel data at all times
n
Provide timely information to Payroll regarding offshore employees and validate monthly payroll reports
n
Monitor and control absence registration in HR system and follow-up with employees as needed
n
Participate in the rotation for outside business hours HR phone support and assist during holidays
n
Ensure all personnel matters comply with the Employee Handbook, local/labor laws and agreements with HR Advisory support
n
Verify and approve invoices related to Agency employees and other manning costs
n
Collaborate closely with HR Advisory on rig
mobilizations/demobilizations,
and practical arrangements for personnel movements
n
Prepare various reports related to absences and personnel costs
n
Tax reporting – validate and report number of days offshore rotators spend in the host country based on the existing process
n
Employee Communicationn

Handle all direct communication with offshore employees and own HR shared mailbox
n
Address ad hoc employee inquiries promptly and professionally
n
Subject to the region supported, may provide guidance and training to new and junior team members
n
Foster close collaboration within the HR function
n
