About The Role
n
As the Clinical Care Manager at Regis Whitfield,
you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and resident-centred care. You will:
n

Lead, coach and support the clinical care team to deliver outstanding care outcomes
n
Oversee assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
n
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, audits and accreditation readiness
n
Manage clinical risks, incidents and governance frameworks
n
Build strong relationships with residents, families, visiting health professionals and the broader leadership team
n
Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing clinical culture
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Previous leadership experience within residential aged care
n
Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
n
Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality and risk management
n
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
n
A commitment to delivering exceptional resident outcomes and team development
n
