St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria is seeking a Property & Compliance Manager in Box Hill to oversee day-to-day management, maintenance and statutory compliance of our diverse property portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Asset Manager, you will lead maintenance planning, coordinate contractors and ensure safety, building code and WHS compliance across owned and leased assets.

This role supports minor capital works and fosters strong stakeholder relationships in a hybrid, full time environment.
