Caloundra Power Boat Club is looking for a Sous Chef who will be working within an energetic, friendly environment, with dedicated Head Chefs and team who are fun and treat each other like a big family. This is a unique opportunity for skilled Sous Chefs looking to join the kitchen team and to enjoy the fast-paced environment our venues have to offer.

We are looking for outstanding Sous Chefs who have experience working in a busy commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines and styles, delivering good quality and modern creative food.

You;

Minimum 3-5 years experience in a professional environment
n
Minimum 12 months of experience in the Sous Chef role
n
The skill to create menus that adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the venue's identity
n
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols
n
Able to work 5 days across a 7 day operation
n
Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent trade experience in lieu
n
Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
n
Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
n
You will be reliable, dedicated, willing to continue learning and passionate
