Civeo Australia in Dysart, QLD is seeking a Senior Guest Services Assistant to lead our Guest Services team on a rotating 9 days on, 5 days off roster.
You will supervise front desk operations, manage bookings and room allocations, and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs for our village facilities.
Reporting to site management, you will coordinate rostering, training, data accuracy and customer service excellence while upholding safety and efficiency in a busy hospitality workplace on site
