Job Description
Highfields Church of Christ is seeking a Next Generations Pastor to provide spiritual, pastoral and strategic leadership for the children, youth and families of the church.
This part-time role focuses on Sunday ministry and discipleship, while strengthening the Kids ministry and launching a Youth ministry.
You will recruit, equip and support volunteers, partner with parents, and work with the Lead Pastors to create a protected, sustainable and thriving pathway for the next generation within the life
