Position Overview

As a Store Supervisor, you'll support the Store Manager and play a key role in leading the store team. You'll help oversee daily operations, manage inventory, support customers, and ensure opening and closing procedures are carried out safely and smoothly. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who's reliable, well-organised, and ready to make a positive difference.

Hourly Rates

$***** per hour (weekdays), $***** per hour (Saturdays), $***** per hour (Sunday)

Availability
n
Candidates must be available to work Mondays through Sunday. Versatile availability—including weekends and public holidays are also required.

Key Responsibilities
n

Supervise store operations and lead the team on weekends or in the absence of the Store Manager, and ensure compliance with company policies
n
Manage stock control and inventory accuracy
n
Oversee product displays and merchandising to create an attractive and effective store layout
n
Coordinate communication with the office, warehouse, and other store branches
n
Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
n
Assist in training new team members
n

What We're Looking For

Previous experience supervising in grocery or retail settings is highly desirable
n
Strong organisational and communication skills
n
Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
n
Proactive, with effective problem-solving skillsFlexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

Ability to drive results and lead a team toward achieving business goals
