This is a broad, hands‐on role for someone who understands a wide range of general insurance products and can confidently manage clients across the full broking process.

This is a broad, hands‐on role for someone who understands a wide range of general insurance products and can confidently manage clients across the full broking process.

The Role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing renewals and remarketing policies
n
Quoting and placing new business
n
Providing general advice across a broad range of insurance products
n
Liaising and negotiating with insurers and underwriting agencies
n
Managing outstanding payments and debtors
n
Assisting clients with claims
n
Preparing policy documentation and endorsements
n
Building strong, long‐term client relationships
n
Supporting the wider team when required
n
n
About You
n




To be successful, you will ideally have:
n
n
Tier 1 and Tier 2 insurance qualifications
n
Previous general insurance broking experience
n
Strong knowledge across a broad range of insurance products
n
Experience managing renewals, new business, claims and debtors
n
Solid communication and client‐service skills
n
Good organisation and attention to detail
n
The ability to work independently while remaining part of a close team
n
A positive attitude and a desire to grow with the business
n
