Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions using MyScripts
n
Manage day-to-day store, dispensary, and team operations
n
Manage dispensary inventory and process orders
n
Provide professional patient counselling and complete patient care solutions
n
Supervise Interns, Student Pharmacists, and Dispensary Assistants
n
Support and develop current business strategies in pharmacy best practice
n
Work in the pharmacy throughout the shift, often standing for long periods
n
Attend an on-site interview at the preferred store if shortlisted
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration
n
Experience dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment
n
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Commercial acumen and attention to detail
n
Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities
n
Demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills
n
Must meet National Criminal History Check requirements
n
Must hold appropriate working rights in Australia
n




Ability to work standing for long periods and perform stock replenishment involving repeated movements and lifting heavier items
