The Chance

Step into an exciting Building Manager opportunity at a prestigious CBD address. You'll be the driving force behind well-maintained, functional buildings while providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and coordinating all aspects of building operations
n
Managing correspondence, requests, and complaints across your portfolio
n
Driving continuous improvements and resolving daily issues while managing trades
n
Conducting regular checks on access control panels, security systems, and key management
n
Overseeing tenancy requirements, OHS compliance, and fire safety systems
n
Ensuring safe and efficient operation of all building facilities
n
Addressing building defects and holding stakeholders accountable
n
Enforcing building rules and regulations
n
n
About You
n
You are an experienced Building Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings:
n
n
Strong planning and organisational skills to juggle competing priorities
n
A solid understanding of building functions and asset management
n
Excellent communication skills across all levels
n
Knowledge of OHS practices and legislation
n
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
n




Leadership skills to empower your team and confidence to influence stakeholders (builders, OC Committees, managers, etc.)
n
Prior trade experience and familiarity with integrated systems (highly regarded)
n
