About The Role
n
The Service Delivery Analyst provides frontline ICT support, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents and service requests while delivering a consistent and positive user experience.
n
Your main duties will include:
n
n
Call Handling & Real-time support
n
Incident & Request Resolution
n
Maintain good ticket Management & throughput practices
n
Support a collaborative and high-performing team environment
n
Build strong relationships with site staff
n
Work in accordance with the mission and vision of Calvary and actively participate in developing a culture that promotes Calvary's values of healing, hospitality, stewardship, and respect.

Will involve after hours support from time to time

About You
n

Experience in ICT support
n
Robust customer service skills
n
Ability to manage workload and priorities
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Have access to a car and valid current drivers license
