Job Description

Develop reporting, dashboards and insights enabling project delivery teams, operational leaders and executives to make informed Stay in Business (SIB) Capital portfolio decisions
n
Analyse portfolio execution trends, risks and opportunities to provide constructive challenge and improve SIB Capital portfolio outcomes
n
Coordinate planning and governance activities across Asset Management and the SIB portfolio
n
Collaborate with Operations, Project Delivery and Finance stakeholders to challenge assumptions and ensure quality insights and data support portfolio decision making
n
Prepare deliverables for enterprise strategic planning, asset management, benchmarking and budget processes
n
Support continuous improvement of portfolio management, project management, reporting and governance processes
n
Provide insights, reporting and governance for effective SIB Capital portfolio execution and strategic asset management across APA operations
n
Report to the Head Of Asset and Capital Portfolio Management
n

Requirements
n
n
Experience in capital portfolio management, project controls, project delivery or business performance within operational environments from industries including energy, oil and gas, mining, infrastructure and utilities
n
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and portfolio-level prioritisation
n
Ability to challenge assumptions and use data driven storytelling to influence stakeholders to improve portfolio performance
n




Robust communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for operations, project delivery, finance and executive audiences
n
Proactive approach and ownership of deliverables, with persistence to run issues to an outcome
n
Advanced Excel skills
n
Experience developing data models, dashboards and reporting using BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
n
