Location: Port Melbourne or Derrimut, and Work from home.
n Employment Type: Contractor - Retainer + Commissions (OTE $200,000)
n Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Sherridon Homes, part of the Mirrastone Group, is looking for a confident, energetic, and client-focused Tender Presenter to join our team.
n
Working across both Greenfields and Knockdown Rebuild projects, you will play an important role in guiding our clients from the point of sale through to contract signing.
n
You will bring together Sales, Drafting and Estimating, making sure every client understands what they are building, feels confident in their decisions and enjoys the journey.
n
This is a role for someone who loves working with people, understands residential construction and knows how to keep a client excited while managing the detail behind the scenes.

The Role
n
As our Tender Presenter, you will:
n
n
Present tenders, working drawings, specifications and inclusions to clients
n
Guide clients through the tender and design process in a clear and engaging way
n
Manage both Greenfields and Knockdown Rebuild customers
n
Become the client's trusted point of contact throughout the pre-construction journey
n
Coordinate design reviews and ensure requested changes are accurately captured
n
Clearly explain pricing, site costs, inclusions, upgrades and design outcomes
n
Work closely with Sales, Drafting and Estimating to keep jobs moving
n
Review drawings, pricing and documentation before contract preparation
n
Identify potential issues early and take ownership of resolving them
n
Guide clients through the HIA contract signing process
n
Deliver an experience that leaves clients informed, confident and excited to build their new home
n

About You
n
You may currently be working in tender presentation, pre-site, estimating, drafting coordination, recent home sales, or customer experience within residential construction.
n
More importantly, you will be someone who:
n
n
Builds trust and rapport with clients quickly
n
Communicates confidently and can explain complex information simply
n
Understands the residential building and pre-construction process
n
Is comfortable discussing plans, pricing, variations, and site costs
n
Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right
n
Can manage multiple clients and priorities without losing momentum
n
Takes ownership rather than waiting for someone else to solve the problem
n
Works well across different teams and brings people together
n
Remains calm, solutions-focused and professional when challenges arise
n
n
Experience with Greenfields or Knockdown Rebuild projects would be highly regarded.
