Partner with clients and Avanade Next teams to identify, quantify and prioritise opportunities
n
Assess value pools, strategic priorities, operational constraints and feasibility
n
Sequence use cases by value and feasibility
n
Build value hypotheses, business cases and baselines during shaping
n
Translate AI capability into narratives recognised by CFOs, COOs and Boards
n
Set the measurement model before delivery starts
n
Track realised versus projected benefit through delivery
n
Report benefit variance transparently at each gate
n
Recommend stopping, re-scoping or re-prioritising work where value is no longer achievable
n
Work alongside FDEs and Trust Architects throughout delivery
n
Contribute verified outcomes and benchmark data to the APAC value library
n
Support outcome-based and value-based commercial models with defensible numbers
n
Establish and baseline business cases on every engagement
n
Track perks across production deployments and report at each gate
n
Validate business case assumptions post-deployment and explain variance
n
Contribute to the APAC value benchmark library each quarter using verified outcomes
n
Enable executive stakeholders to make investment decisions with quantified value, risk and implementation assumptions
n

Requirements
n
n
5+ years in strategy consulting, business transformation, value engineering or a strong finance background
n




Solid financial modelling capability and comfort working with incomplete data
n
Understanding of AI value drivers and enough technical fluency to challenge engineering estimates sensibly
n
Ability to hold a position with senior client stakeholders under pressure
n
Experience with benefits realisation on programmes where the benefit was measured afterwards
n
Clear written and verbal reasoning
n
Australian Citizens are preferred; Permanent Residents will also be considered
n
