The Role
As a Fire & Risk Consultant,



you will manage a diverse range of consulting projects while providing trusted advice to building owners, strata managers, developers, architects, certifiers and contractors.
You will be responsible for:
Fire safety compliance assessments
Building and fire protection audits
Fire Safety Reports
Fire Safety Schedule reviews
Annual Fire Safety Statement coordination
Fire Safety Order advice and responses
Compliance assessments
Preparation of specifications
Client meetings and stakeholder engagement
Developing practical compliance solutions
Project management and technical report writing
Business development and client relationship management
What We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with people who have experience in:
Fire Safety Assessment
Fire Safety Consulting
Building Surveying
Building Compliance
Fire Protection Systems
Regulatory Compliance
Related consulting disciplines
Ideally, you'll have:
Strong knowledge of construction code requirements and relevant Australian Standards
Experience preparing fire safety compliance documentation
Experience reviewing Fire Safety Schedules and AFSS documentation
Excellent report writing skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
A practical and solutions-focused mindset
A desire to mentor others and contribute to a growing business
