What you will do
As Lead Analyst, Analytics Products, you will lead data projects and a small team.
You will turn complex justice data into
transparent
,
reliable
products, reports and insights.
You will:
lead
high-priority
analytics projects, including linked data assets and public reporting products
design
useful
data products, automated pipelines and repeatable analysis methods
work with justice and government data to answer
important
policy and program questions
build
strong
working relationships across the department and improve shared data products
lead and support analysts while protecting data and meeting
strict
privacy and security rules.
About you
No mandatory qualification applies.
A relevant tertiary qualification or related experience is highly desirable.
You bring strong technical skills in data analysis, project delivery and team leadership.
You can work with large datasets and turn them into clear, repeatable results.
You should also have:
strong
experience leading teams and delivering data analytics projects
advanced
skills in working with large datasets, data linkage and statistical analysis
solid
knowledge of data management,



data pipelines, governance and analytical methods
practical
experience with SQL, AWS Redshift, Power BI or similar tools.
