About the Role
As a
Casual Home Carer
, you will provide essential support to elderly clients in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
Based in
Jindivick and surrounding areas
, you will work closely with our healthcare team to support our clients' wellbeing and help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Provide practical support with daily living activities in clients' homes.
Assist with general cleaning and other home care duties as required.
Support clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Build positive and respectful relationships with clients and their families.
Identify and communicate any health or safety concerns to our clinical team.
Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure high-quality client care.
Provide reliable and compassionate support while respecting each client's individual needs and preferences.
Qualifications and Experience
Certificate III in Individual Support, Home & Community Care, Aged Care, Disability Services, or an equivalent qualification.
At least six months' relevant experience in home care or community support.
Current National Police Check.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with third-party insurance.
Current CPR and First Aid certificates obtained within the last six months.
A genuine passion for supporting elderly people to live independently at home.
Strong communication skills and a caring, empathetic approach.
